so... i have to take the trouble to go to the nearest tm point to make the report...
& tat's only when i found out tat any problem with them.... u can just dial 100 n follow to simple instruction to make the report... ok... tat's not bad... ah... they told me to wait for 2 working days & they'll return to me... ooooooooo.......... u probably could noe wut to expect rite?
Being a guy who couldn't survive without internet... i've been calling them for the past 1 week... n each time i called after my 1st report... they've been telling me it's still processing... oh yeah....
so...
23rd of Oct! finally they decided to do something when i called... they actually told me they just reset the port & it's working now... so... pressing a reset button... i wonder how much they needed to decide on tat... im thinking did they had an emergency meeting to do it or wut? hey! they did it in a week man!!!
Having the modem to be connected is just 1st part of the story.... oh... my router is not working.... it seems tat my router is looking down at the FREE modem given by streamyx... so is it possible tat both the modem & router is having some discrimination over each other & decided to have a strike?
but thanks to this guy... after working for nearly 2 hours... he got it connected & since then it has been working smoothly...
nah! it's streamyx man!!!!!!!! the modem disconnect every 5 to 10 minutes... & reconnect spontaneously... so... obviously the genius did his job & it's not his fault la! so... wut to do? call 100 again lor... they ask me to do this n tat... try n c~ if cnanot they'll make another report...
ah.... finally... after 11pm... it was kept connected til now... ok....
is this the end???
i wonder...
