we almost cracked our heads thinking of where to eat... we passed by a few restaurant that we mentioned... because of the dissatisfaction of mine... having to come back to KL... i think i'm still having the feeling of wanna devour the whole KL... so i have to hunt for all the nice & bestest food i can ever find... mom gave some simple n very cin cai suggestion... so obviously i rejected it...
so... what to eat this time ler? it's late... i'm hungry... although we had a very nice & cheap buffet inside Genting Casino...
speaking of the which... the buffet inside the casino really is nice... although there's very limited of choice~ but the food is really nice... it's a buffet... selection are limited... so what? just enjoy whatever u like la~
KY... if u happen to come here again... try to go there & blog about it... cause i don't think i'll be going to happy peak anytime soon... i have to control myself... as the wise said...
Only 2 kinds of people in this world would not be succesful...
The lazy bump & a gambler....
ok... back to the original topic.... so as our vehicle approaches PJ, State area... 1 place suddenly just struck into my mind... a place where my long never seen friend told me... it was at least 4 years ago when he told me bout it~ yes... AT LEAST 4 years ago i wanted to try this... so y is it a pain for thinking where to eat everytime ler.... sien........
hmm... the name of the restaurant is actually what's its specialty...
炒薯粉小食馆 'Chao Shu Fun Small restaurant'? hahaha
It basicly a small hawker stall built with woodern board... hey! it's air-conditioned ok~~~
but then we had some difficulty of looking for the place also.... u c... it's situated behind a small lil' back street.. although there's a very easy landmark... u just need to go in the small road next to the post office in Old Klang Road....
so... this is the entrance...
the inside of it...
Seriously... the place might appear to be gross to some people... as the 'renovation' is really done by some uncle who know how to hold a hammer i think.... but this is the way of a classic hawker stall style restaurant... And the food is really good my friends....
so.... what is 炒薯粉(direct translatation: Fried Tapioca Noodle)
my guess... they use the tapioca powder & mix with water to make into dough... then tear it into pieces... just like the ordinary Ban Mein... The consistency is similiar to Kueh Teow~
This is not a piece of Animal Fat.... it's the Tapioca Noodle~
This is somethign we ordered... & also... i don't know what is it call in english....
& ya... i also forgot what is it called in Chinese.... it's good~
haha
The Map~
For this... i give it a 8/10
i couldn't recall when is the last time i actually wanted to finish up the whole plate of noodle with much of satisfaction... this is good...
