Ghost in BUKIT GASING??

As i received a sms from dad this morning saying that RPK is released...
i quickly came home & open malaysiakini for the details of his release....
& out of my expectation...
it was ordered from high court of Shah Alam..


Court orders Raja Petra's release

The Shah Alam High Court this morning ruled that the detention of well-known blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin under the ISA was illegal and ordered his immediate release.

Judge Syed Ahmad Helmy Syed Ahmad said that Raja Petra's detention was unconstitutional.

He said the Home Minister had not followed proper procedure under Section 8 of the ISA to issue the detention order against Raja Petra.



YES!! Home Minister had never followed proper procedure.... It's UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!
Is he going to get his penalty????

& i do go to Bukit Gasing at night...... at times... don't ask me why......
So....
Am i just being sceptical or is it something is really wrong around minute 1:04 of the video...
The film maker said she had sleepless night after they notice that.....
